About Me

I help individuals, groups, and organizations improve their lives and their performance by providing evidence-based skills and support so that they can get the most out of their efforts. I’m dedicated to helping people better understand and accept themselves while learning to apply effective new skills to change their behavior and obtain meaningful personal goals.

I believe the world would be a better place if everyone had a sport or activity they enjoyed and cared about performing their best. I believe this because research shows that people who are physically active are happier and healthier, but many people don’t engage in sport or physical activities in a manner in which they can experience these benefits and improve the quality and longevity of their lives. Many people who do engage in sport and physical activities can benefit from sport psychology to better face the unique challenges of what they do. This is why I do what I do. This website, my blog, and the following video explain more about this, my background, and how evidence-based sport psychology provides people with value.
